Main Rules
- Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- Check-in: between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Check-out: until 10:00 AM.
- Hosting guests, bachelor or bachelorette parties, official photo or video shoots, and parties are not permitted.
Facilities:
- Breakfast kitchen (fridge, microwave, kitchenware, kettle, toaster).
- Dining table.
- Bathroom with shower (washing machine).
- Separate toilet.
- Living room (sofa bed, desk, wardrobe).
- Bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe).
Maximum capacity: 3 adults and 2 children.
Extra Charges:
- Air conditioning: HUF 1,000 per night (EUR 3).
- Late arrival: HUF 3,000 (EUR 8).
- Street parking costs HUF 600 per hour on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- There are also several camera-monitored and/or guarded parking options nearby, which are generally cheaper than street parking.
Everything else is included in the price, with no additional hidden charges.
